How Sentimental

My most impressive work, not trying to brag or nothing, but WHAHAHAHAHA!!! ok seriously though I haven't seen many girls that perform Magenta, even in shadow casts pull this costume off without getting an actual seamstress to help. Not to mention only 2 other cosplay.com members displaying their attempts on this ridiculous costume. But to tell you the truth the costume's really easy, the Wig is a whole different story though T^T

You can get quilted gold lamé at Hancock Fabrics online or at the store. The pattern is basically a rectangle for the back and a cross for the front (recommend measuring your tatas before hand) The shoulder pads are a bit difficult, basically they're two big triangles but the ends 'rectangle off' (if that makes any sense @^@) The Belt is silver spandex, while the front buckle is pexi-glass and four long vinyl rectangles painted gold. The Gloves themselves are already pre-made but the Cuffs are the same material as the shoulder pads, Black Vinyl, and attached to the silver gloves by velcro on the top of the hand. I haven't finished the boots and the ankle bracelet (down on finances)

Underneath Magenta wears a black bra with sequence, a black grader belt, a black bikini like bottom and fishnet stockings.

The Wig @.@... are you ready.... here we go, the wig is a Sepia Auburn Brooke, Extra Long, I bought at 'Austin's The Bazaare'. Then at Walmart I bought one of those Foam Sphere (For children's Planet Projects) Carved into it so I could wear it. Painted it dark red, then cut a hole from the wig, where the sphere will be placed. The remaining wefts were glued onto the sphere, then with fishing wire I sewed the foam hairy sphere onto the wig. Then with got2b hairspray layer by layer glued the hair's down. Bought a cheap $10 white child's witches wig, cut long wefts hairsprayed curves and sewed it to the front. With the remaining fishing wire sewed parts to stay down and I have to use bobby pins to keep in on.

Damn that was alot to write.... anyway Won Judge's Award for YuleCon 2011 (whoop) and will continue to work on making this costume more... accurate
